We’ll work with you to optimize your recipe for mass production and then pasteurize with pressure to give it three times the shelf life compared to traditional heat methods. Your recipe deserves to be tasted the way you created it.
We can work with you as you navigate the entire process and help you bring your product to the market. And when it comes time to HPP your fresh salsa, we will transport your product in our refrigerated truck to our partner HPP Food Services, which is conveniently located just a few miles away.
